I like direct communication with my customers to ensure that each order is custom made to your expectations. A $100.00 deposit is required to begin your t shirt quilt. When your quilt is finished I will contact you with the balance due plus shipping charges. If you have email, I will send you a photo of your finished quilt. I do require the balance be paid prior to shipping.

Note: Shipping charges are $25.00 up to and including twin size, twin XL and queen is $28.00. I use UPS with a tracking number and insurance up to the full cost of your quilt.
Please enclose this Order Form when mailing your t-shirts and a deposit of $100 payable to Christine Ryan. You may want to insure your delivery and use a tracking option.
Each quilt is completed in the order it is received. My turn around time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks depending on my backlog.
